Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zoogol website, apps and services ("Zoogol", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Zoogol you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Zoogol.

1. Who can use Zoogol

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
  • Shopper accounts require a valid mobile number verified by one-time password and the referral code of an existing member (your "sponsor").
  • You may hold only one shopper account. Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

2. Cashback and partner commissions

  • Eligible purchases at participating merchants and through tracked online deals generate a commission. A share is credited to the buyer as cashback and shares are credited to up to five levels of the buyer's referral chain (the Micro Partner Program), as described on our How It Works page. Rates are set by Zoogol and may change for future purchases.
  • Cashback and commissions are first held in escrow and are only added to your withdrawable balance after the hold period and review. Amounts shown as pending or held are not yet yours to withdraw.
  • Partner commissions are limited by a commission cap based on your own qualifying purchases, and are only paid to members who are active and have made qualifying purchases. Amounts that cannot be paid to a member are retained by Zoogol.
  • If a purchase is cancelled, refunded or found to be invalid, the related cashback and commissions are reversed. If those amounts were already withdrawn, the shortfall is recorded as a balance you owe and is recovered from your future earnings.
  • Online deal purchases depend on confirmation from the outside brand or affiliate network. Zoogol cannot credit a purchase that the partner does not confirm or that cannot be matched to your tracked click.

3. Wallet and withdrawals

  • You may request a withdrawal of your available balance subject to the minimum and maximum amounts, limits and payment methods shown in the app.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payment. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity or payment details, and we may reject requests that appear fraudulent; a rejected request is returned to your wallet.
  • Your wallet balance is a record of rewards owed to you under these Terms. It is not a bank account or deposit and does not earn interest.

4. Merchants

  • Merchants must complete KYC verification (including GST, PAN, business registration and bank details) before listing offers.
  • Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, prices and offers, for honouring purchases made through Zoogol, and for keeping their merchant wallet funded to cover commissions on confirmed sales.
  • Merchants must report refunds and returns promptly so that rewards can be adjusted.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not: create fake, duplicate or self-referred accounts; record purchases that did not happen or misuse QR codes; manipulate tracking links, clicks or orders; abuse refunds; use bots or automated tools; interfere with the security or operation of Zoogol; or use Zoogol for any unlawful purpose. We may withhold, reverse or forfeit rewards connected to such conduct.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse. You may stop using Zoogol at any time and may delete your account from your account settings. Rewards that are still held, under review or connected to a breach of these Terms may be forfeited when an account is closed.

7. Third-party sites and merchants

Products and services are sold by merchants and outside brands, not by Zoogol. Your purchase is a contract between you and the seller, and questions about products, delivery or warranties should be raised with them. Links to outside websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites' own terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Zoogol is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or that any particular amount of cashback or commission will be earned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where changes are significant we will notify you in the app. Continued use of Zoogol after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
